Our AI GIJIROKU is equipped with a "speaker identification" function that automatically identifies the speaker using voiceprints recorded in advance. This feature enables more fluent transcription of meetings and group conversations.
Recently, our research and development team reviewed the algorithm for the speaker identification function. They developed an algorithm that more accurately captures the characteristics of the customer's voice while maintaining real-time, high-speed identification. This new algorithm has improved the feature's accuracy from 90.0% to 98.6%, making AI GIJIROKU more convenient to use, especially in multi-person conversations and meetings.
