As a company that develops and operates AI services, Alt Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has the responsibility of ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer's valuable information. am thinking.
In order to properly manage our information, we will implement the following items for the purpose of establishing and surely implementing information security measures.

1. Information security is defined as maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
2. All employees, including officers, participate in activities related to information security measures.
3. Establish and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to properly manage the information we hold.
4. ISMS understands and complies with business and legal or regulatory requirements as well as the importance of contractual security obligations.
5. By conducting a risk assessment, we will develop and implement information security measures against various threats.
6. We regularly provide education and training to all employees, including officers, to raise security awareness.
7. Perform regular internal audits to verify that ISMS is in place and maintained.
8. Continuously improve ISMS in response to changing threats to information.
