alt Inc.’s AI GIJIROKU improves speaker identification accuracy to 99.62%
Increased accuracy with state-of-the-art generative AI technology enables more real-time and accurate minutes creation

(https://alt.ai/en/), the Japan-based developer and distributor of Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.®️) and AI clone technology (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura), is pleased to announce that the speaker identification accuracy of its AI GIJIROKU, communication intelligence has further improved from 98.6% to 99.62%.* The highly accurate speaker identification capability makes it possible to take real-time minutes of meetings and interviews with multiple participants more accurately than ever before.
*99.62%: As of March 12, 2024, based on in-house research. The highest accuracy of 99.62% was achieved through accuracy verification testing by alt’s AI GIJIROKU development team.
AI GIJIROKU is equipped with personalization technology that improves transcription accuracy with each use through the learning capabilities of AI. It supports real-time simultaneous translation in 35 major languages and runs on an advanced model that boasts 99.8% speech recognition accuracy. The tool specializes in industries such as finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, and construction.
The software can personalize sentences that are automatically learned from the user's SNS, emails, calendars, and dictionary data, and identify the speaker via voiceprint. Leveraging our large language model LHTM-2, the platform offers a range of AI features, including transcription, summarization, identification of key points, and the creation of to-do lists, as well as the Personal Agent function.
Our R&D team has recently developed a speaker identification algorithm that more accurately captures the characteristics of the user's voice while maintaining high-speed identification in real time. This new algorithm has improved the accuracy of speaker identification from 98.6% to 99.62%, making AI GIJIROKU more convenient to use, especially in multi-person conversations and meetings.
With the diversification of work styles and working environments, online and hybrid meetings and presentations are becoming increasingly common across companies and industries.
