alt Inc. to incorporate internal voice recording function (alt Virtual Microphone) in AI GIJIROKU
Enables transcription of any audio played back on a PC
alt Inc.(https://alt.ai/en/), a Japan based developer of AI Clone and Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.®️) (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura), pleased to announce the addition of an "internal voice recording function (alt Virtual Microphone)" (patent pending) to its AI GIJIROKU automated meeting recording tool.
By installing alt’s virtual audio device software, alt Virtual Microphone, users of AI GIJIROKU can transcribe not only external audio but also any type of audio played on their PC.
The new feature makes it easy to transcribe meeting minutes in various online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
Virtual Microphone also makes it possible to transcribe and translate audio from video platforms like YouTube; for example, users could watch foreign-language videos and see a real-time transcript of the audio in their native language using AI GIJIROKU. The software currently supports more than 35 major languages, including Japanese and English.
We will continue to upgrade AI GIJIROKU so that it can be used more conveniently, in a wider variety of situations, as we work to build a society where all people can enjoy greater efficiency at work.
