alt inc. launches "Alt S3" to Analyze SaaS UX with Monitors' 10 Million Monitors and AI
Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.) developer alt inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura),a developer of personal artificial intelligence, and Monitors, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hidenori Hayashi; hereinafter "Monitorus") to provide "Alt S3", a service to analyze the usage trends of SaaS by using questionnaires and artificial intelligence.
【Abstract】
With the increasing adoption of SaaS by enterprises, software companies are expanding their business through SaaS. However, until now, the tools used to analyze user usage trends when providing SaaS have been limited to analyzing quantitative information. Furthermore, in order to conduct highly accurate analyses, it is necessary to accumulate a certain number of users. In the initial stage when there are few users, analysis accuracy is low.
In order to solve this problem, we jointly developed a service to analyze questionnaire data and AI, while introducing quantitative data from the actual use of any scale on demand by using the AI cloning technology of Alt and soliciting cooperation from the 10 million monitors who belong to Monitors. We jointly developed this service. With this service, SaaS companies will be able to improve and expand their services based on AI analysis by confirming the actual movements of users, rather than hypothesis testing on a desk.
【Usage Scenarios】
For example, for a service that is expected to have a network effect by increasing the number of users, in order to verify this, it is necessary to wait until a reasonable number of users have gathered. A large advertising budget must be invested in a long hypothetical period. This advertising budget itself is based on the hypothesis of customer acquisition cost, so it takes a lot of energy and effort to reach the stage where the true value of the service can be verified.
With Alt-S3, even in the early stages of a service, the necessary number of actual users can be acquired on demand. It is possible to observe how these users use the service.
In addition, AI can analyze and output reports not only regarding quantitative information obtained from access analysis and lead analysis, but also on qualitative information such as what users say and where they feel the pain within the service.
By detecting and improving bottlenecks that may occur in advance, companies can make their advertising budgets more cost-effective.
