Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.) developer alt Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura), has started providing an AI help desk solution equipped with alt's AI dialogue engine "NeoRMR" , in collaboration with NTT DATA Business Systems Corporation (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Shunichi Takeuchi; hereinafter "NTT DATA Business Systems").
