Alt Inc. Issues New Shares through Third-Party Allotment with Innovation Fund 25 as Underwriter

Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.) developer Alt Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura), has issued new shares through a third-party allotment to "Kansai Innovation Network Investment Limited Partnership (nicknamed Innovation Fund 25)" (hereinafter "Innovation Fund 25"), which is managed by Senshu Ikeda Capital Corporation (CEO: Katsumi Hiramatsu) and funded by Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ltd. (CEO: Jun Ukawa) and other investors.

The Innovation Fund 25 is expected to contribute to industrial development, including the creation of new businesses in local communities, and lead to the development of the regional economy and employment in Osaka and Kansai. The investment targets are companies with technologies and business models that will contribute to the "realization of the SDGs" and "the realization of Society 5.0.”

Based on these three infrastructure technologies, Alt Clone Modeling Engine, Alt Emeth (ie., an ultra-high-speed distributed computing platform), and Alt Stack (i.e., a personal information protection platform), we are applying a vast set of elemental technologies developed from its digital cloning technology research to solve social issues.

By accepting a third-party allocation of new shares from Innovation Fund 25, we will use this as a foothold to provide product groups such as AI GIJIROKU and Nulltitude for solving social issues in the Kansai region.

We have also set the year 2025 as an important milestone for digital cloning. By overlapping the Expo's theme of "Designing a future society where life shines brightly" with our theme of "Maximizing and externalizing the value of people," we will make steady progress toward realizing a prosperous society.
