Payroll for employee AI clones
At alt, every employee possesses their own AI clone, which can handle daily tasks and share information on their behalf. These clones can work outside the bounds of time or place, allowing them to respond to questions and perform tasks even when the employee is on leave. alt Inc. has implemented a system where employees receive additional compensation based on their clone's activity level, thus improving operational efficiency through clone utilization while enabling employees to focus on uniquely human tasks that create new value and are directly rewarded as salary.
Remote Work
We have introduced a telework system because we believe in the principle of allowing individuals to work at the place and time where they can perform at their best. This enables each person to work with flexibility.

Commuting Allowance
To encourage communication among employees, we provide a commuting allowance of ¥2,000 per day for those who come to the Roppongi office. If you commute every day, you can receive approximately ¥40,000 per month.
Incentive Plan
alt has long granted multiple stock options to its employees, and we’re preparing an incentive plan to further enhance motivation.
