(https://dev-corporate-web.poc-dev.com/en/), the Japan-based developer and distributor of Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.®️) and AI clone technology (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura) is pleased to announce the launch of CloneHR, a human resource matching system that utilizes LHTM-2, a large language model developed by alt.
CloneHR is an innovative matching system that enables employers and users to create digital clones of each other, and match them through virtual dialogue between the clones and communication with AI agents. The process of information confirmation and interviewing by an intermediary, which until now required a human response, can be realized through digital dialogue between clones. CloneHR allows users to find a suitable match without being restricted by time or location.
Aiming to meet the complex needs of the HR field, the system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, making it possible to examine compatibility based on more qualitative interactions without the need for an in-person meeting. In addition, since AI agents dig deeper into personal information, it becomes possible to incorporate qualitative information that could not be drawn out or taken into account in a limited amount of time spent on conversation. As a result, highly accurate matching, which is difficult for humans (conventional recruiting agents) to perform, can be realized, allowing users to apply for employment at companies with high matching probability with confidence. Furthermore, since these communication targets are performed by digital clones during actual use, there is the potential for information exchange beyond human interaction, including the expectation of sensitive exchanges of compensation, conditions, and other information.
The AI agent matches the user with a company based on the user's specific and qualitative information, and automatically generates a matching score and reasons for the match. Job seekers can refer to the virtual interview interaction and apply for their desired job based on whether the job matches their own needs. In addition, since the AI agent learns the user's behavior within the application, the digital clone generated each time the user uses the system learns about the person, improving the accuracy of the matching and virtual interview processes.
Expected effects of CloneHR
On February 9, 2024, alt announced a demonstration experiment for CloneHR in the medical x HR domain* with M3 Career. CloneHR is a next-generation matching system that transcends the constraints of time, place, and human resources, and has the potential for widespread use not only in the HR field, but in a variety of areas where matching takes place, such as real estate, M&A, love, and marriage.
Through the development and provision of CloneHR, alt aims to create a new form of encounter between people and companies and to realize better matching. We look forward to further developing this system, which has the potential to be a game changer in all industries.
