alt Inc. begins world's first proof of concept using clone matching in the medical x HR field with M3 Career
～Utilizing a large language model (LLM) to mediate between cloned job seekers and job listings via an AI agent～
alt Inc. (https://alt.ai/en/), the Japan-based developer and distributor of Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.®️) and AI clone technology (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura), is pleased to announce its collaboration with M3 Career, Inc. (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Toshiki Numakura). M3 Career operates the medical human resources business within the M3 Group. With more than 320,000 members, the group comprises approximately 90% of Japan’s physicians. Together, the two companies have started an advanced proof of concept for clone matching using a large language model (LLM). This initiative is a world first* and an important step toward solving issues in the medical x HR field through the use of AI technology.

The medical × HR field is currently undergoing a period of rapid change, with the most significant shift being the reform of doctors’ work styles. Alt and M3 Career believe that by jointly developing a job matching platform for doctors, each doctor can find a more optimal, sustainable work style and workplace for themselves.
This new platform will utilize LLM technology to enable job postings and appropriate, efficient connections between professionals in the medical x HR field. This will greatly simplify and accelerate the process of finding and recruiting the talent medical institutions need by reducing the bottleneck of human labor. In addition, each party involved in this process will be able to focus more on work that makes a difference by utilizing information from virtual interviews and other interactions between clones.
