(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Juri Nakajima; hereinafter "Masterpiece") and Com Design Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Kenji Terao, hereinafter "COMDESIGN"), the three companies will jointly develop an AI call center system for "CT-e1/SaaS", a cloud CTI system provided by COMDESIGN, based on "AI Call Center" https://aicallcenter.ai/ provided by alt Inc.
Overview
alt, Masterpiece and Com Design will begin joint development of a new service, CT-e1/SaaS AI Call Center, based on the AI Call Center provided by alt.
Roles
The roles of each company will be as follows:
- alt: Joint development of AI call center system based on AI Call Center.
Com Design will provide its cloud CTI CT-e1/SaaS as a call center platform and link it to the AI system based on alt's AI Call Center.
- Masterpiece: Will sell the jointly developed CT-e1/SaaS AI call center system and provide services as part of its new call center service lineup.
Significance
The integration of the advanced spoken dialogue AI technology cultivated by alt through its digital clone R&D, the cloud CTI system of COMDESIGN, and the call center service know-how cultivated by Masterpiece over many years will create a next-generation call center. It combines advanced technology, reliability and a solid track record. The next generation call center will be born.
