Digital Clone alt Launches the Opening Phase of its Distributed Computing Platform, Emeth
Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.) developer alt Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, CEO: Kazutaka Yonekura), has started the opening phase of its distributed computing platform "alt Emeth".
■ Overview
The opening phase of the distributed computing platform "alt Emeth" is about to begin.
This is the next stage of the test phase, and it is positioned as a semi-open test phase just before the main operation phase.
■ Emeth Network Opening Phase Schedule
The event will be held in three rounds, as follows:
Round 1: 8/1 - 8/21
Round 2: 9/1 - 9/21 (tentative)
Round 3: 10/1 - 10/21 (tentative)

■ Requirements for Participation
Basic knowledge of Ethereum
The opening phase will be conducted on the Ethereum testnet (Rinkeby).
■ The opening phase will be conducted on the Ethereum testnet (Rinkeby). The recommended machine specifications (Emeth operation is not guaranteed) are as follows:
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400 4.3 GHz or higher
GPU: RTX 3080 (10GB RAM) or higher
Memory: At least twice the RAM of the GPU above
Disk: 256 GB or more, with room for 1 to 2 TB recommended
Power Supply: A power supply with enough capacity to support the above configuration
■ About Rewards
There is a limit to the amount of rewards that can be earned by each participant during the opening phase, which is approximately two calculators with the above recommended specifications.
■ How to Get EMT Rewards
Nodes that correctly process an assigned computation request will receive two rewards: a transaction fee set by the sender of the computation request, and a slot reward paid out by the Emeth network.
Approximately 288,000 EMT per day is set aside as a slot reward allocation.
New slot rewards are generated daily by the Emeth network.
Each node earns a share based on the number of computation requests it processes from the Emeth network.
The amount of EMT tokens that can be earned from a daily slot reward allocation is based on the share.
The daily slot rewards will decrease by 14,400 per year and will be zero after 20 years.
■ Participation Rewards
EMT tokens earned during the period will be exchanged for EMT tokens on the mainnet after the official launch (scheduled for 2021.11) according to the following schedule. However, the allocation may be subject to change at the discretion of management in the event that fraud is detected or the network does not function properly due to bugs.
■ At Official Launch: 20% of Tokens Earned
3 Months After Launch: 20% of Tokens Earned
6 Months After Launch: 20% of Tokens Earned
9 Months After Launch: 20% of Tokens Earned
12 Months After Launch: 20% of Tokens Earned
