alt Inc. raised 100 million yen through third-party allocation to CVC fund of Nomura Holdings, Inc.

alt Inc. which has developed ”al+”, the Personal Artificial Intelligence (P.A.I.) (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO, Mr. Kazutaka Yonekura) has raised 100 million Japanese yen through third party allotment to Corporate Venture Capital Fund of Nomura Holdings, Inc. (Name：Nomura Incubation Investment Limited Partnership Association)

Taking this opportunity, we commenced demonstration experiments with Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., the largest securities company in Japan, to develop new services that incorporate artificial intelligence, and at the same time, to realize the PAI that we have worked on for some time and further accelerate our research and development.
