When are the financial results announced?
Our fiscal year ends at the end of December each year, and we announce our financial results in February. Please see the IR Calendar for quarterly financial results announcements.
When is the shareholder record date for dividend payments?
The record date for year-end dividends is December 31st each year. For interim dividends, it is June 30th each year.
Is there a shareholder benefit program?
We do not offer a shareholder benefit program at this time.
How many shares are in one trading unit?
100 shares. *1 unit refers to the number of shares in a trading unit.
How can I change my name and address?

When is the general meeting of shareholders held?
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is held within three months of the end of each fiscal year. Details of meeting date, time, and venue will be announced in early March to shareholders on record as of December 31 each year.
How can I exercise my voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders?
We will send a notice of the general shareholders' meeting and a voting form to shareholders who are listed on the shareholder register as of the end of the record date for the general shareholders' meeting (December 31 for the regular General Shareholders' Meeting). Shareholders can exercise their voting rights in any of the following ways:
(1) Bring the voting form with you to the General Meeting.
(2) Indicate your approval or disapproval on the voting form and return it to us.
(3) Access the dedicated voting website and enter your vote.
