We will also provide a live stream of the meeting. Please refer to the details below. In addition, we will be accepting advance questions from shareholders via the internet prior to the meeting.

    　Proposal 2: Reduction of the Amount of Share Capital and Appropriation of Surplus

    　Proposal 5: Revision of the Amount of Remuneration for Auditors

◎When attending the meeting, you are kindly requested to submit the Voting Rights Exercise Form at the reception desk.
◎Any Voting Rights Exercise Form with no indication of approval or disapproval of the proposals will be treated as an indication of approval.
◎In the event that voting rights are exercised both in writing and via the internet, the vote submitted through the internet shall be considered the valid exercise of voting rights. In the event that voting rights are exercised multiple times via the internet, the last submission shall be considered as the valid exercise of voting rights.
◎In the event of any revision to the Matters for Electronic Provision, the Company will post the details of the revisions on each website it initially posted.

Information on Advance Questions and Live Streaming

For your convenience, we will provide a live stream of the shareholders' meeting. We will also accept advance questions from shareholders via the internet prior to the meeting.

Please note that you cannot exercise your voting rights through the live stream. Shareholders who plan to watch the live stream are requested to exercise their voting rights by 6:00 PM JST on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, after reviewing the reference materials for the General Meeting of Shareholders included in the electronic provision measures.

    ※To respect the privacy of shareholders attending in person, the live stream will only show the chairperson's seat and the area around the officers' seats.

After submitting the form, you will receive an invitation email with a participation link for registered users.

Notes Regarding Live Streaming
・The live stream is not considered a venue for the shareholders' meeting under the Companies Act, so you cannot exercise voting rights or ask questions through it.
・Please exercise your voting rights in advance by returning the voting form postcard or via the internet.
・You can watch the live stream even if you have already exercised your voting rights.
・Viewing the live stream is limited to shareholders themselves; viewing by proxies is not permitted.
・If the stream does not start at the scheduled time, please click the refresh button.
・Video and audio issues may occur depending on your device and internet connection environment.
　Please understand this in advance.
・Communication costs for viewing the live stream will be borne by the shareholders.
・Taking photographs, recording audio or video of the live stream, sharing with third parties, or unauthorized posting on social media is strictly prohibited.
・For shareholders watching the live stream, as an alternative to asking questions at the venue on the day of the meeting, we are accepting questions related to this shareholders' meeting during pre-registration. Among the questions received, we plan to introduce only those matters of high interest to shareholders during the meeting. Please note that we cannot provide individual responses to shareholders.
